Here Comes Rowdy Rathore

Rowdy Rathore. The movie which has been creating a lot of hype is finally coming to cinemas near you in just couple of hours. On this occasion a thought evolved, why not share all that has been going on with the movie till now with my viewers. It is Director Prabhu Deva's second direction in Bollywood after Wanted, which rolled big numbers at box office, audience hopes are high for this one.

And since the movie has already caught lot of eyeballs, I thought lets add some more. I have compiled the released promos and the photos of the movie down here for one last look before you engage your expectation meter.

Here are some events and on-set photos of the movie.

Here are some of the promos and the theatrical trailer of the movie.

Will it be worth the time & money & mostly patience is the only question which will be answered in couple of hours. Akshay Kumar & Prabhu Deva have a huge fan base India & International, which makes it unlikely for the producers to be worried.

Samsung Galaxy S III gets launched in India at Rs.43,180

Credit
It's finally here and is outrageously priced. Samsung's latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S III got an Indian launch today at Delhi by Bollywood star Nargis Fakhri. The phone's carrying a Rs.43,180 price tag, but we expect the market price to shed a few thousands. If a price drop happens in the coming weeks, it will not disappoint the millions awaiting to buy the phone.

It comes in two colors with the white model available immediately while the pebble blue version has been delayed. Among the many gimmicks or features the S III has, 'S voice' (Siri style) and Smart stay are the hottest ones.

Are you planning on buy it? Do let us know in the comments.

Shirin Farhad The Legendary Love Story with a Comedy Twist

It is nearly impossible to find someone who is unaware of the term 'Shirin-Farhad'. It is often used in tease or to describe the gravity of the 'love' relationship. For those who have no clue what it means, let me do the honors. Shirin-Farhad is a legendary love story of a common man (Farhad) and a Princess (Shirin). It revolves around the pain and gain, the lovers had to go through. In the end somehow they could not be together and the cruel world wins. This love story kind of sets an example for generations to come. And essays that if you fall in love, then love like Shirin-Farhad or don't.

The movie Shirin-Farhad ki to nikal padi is a comedy twist. It has nothing to do with the legendary love story besides the names of the characters. As the poster reveals, the look of the blockbuster film Hum Aapke Hai Kaun where in Salman Khan & Madhuri Dixit give the above pose. Here, it's Boman Irani & Farah Khan. Very evidently they are playing the leads in the movie. This movie will be an acting debut for Choreographer/Director Farah Khan & Directorial debut for Bela Bhansali Sehgal.

Madhuri Dixit was present at the first look of the film which added some extra pair of eyes to the event. I will not give out much here & let you folks watch the theatrical trailer of the movie.

Just a day after the release of the trailer, it has successfully achieved more than 50 thousand views.

Asus releases teaser for next 'Transformer' device, will it be a Windows 8 tablet?

Asus has released a short teaser video to generate curiosity for its next Transformer range device, which has been scheduled to be revealed during Computex 2012. The teaser is pretty dramatic and generates loads of curiosity.

The teaser as all teasers do, doesn't show much. The tags used for this teaser on YouTube include Windows8, Windows, Win8. This strongly denotes a Windows 8 tablet could be revealed.

On a closer look, the opening quote “Don’t get set into one form, adapt it and build your own” is a Bruce Lee quote. And right at 0:23 in the background there is an outline of a screen and keyboard suggesting it could be the next Eee Pad Transformer or Transformer Pad Infinity. The video also has clouds in the background, leaving a clue to something related to cloud storage in the next transformer. The company also updated the cover photo for their Facebook page quoting as "Incredible Innovation Endless Possibilities".

Asus also mentions 'More exciting product teasers will be released by May 31.' We expect to get at least a small glimpse of the device in the next teaser. It's going to be launched at The Computex Taipei show which runs from June 5 to June 9 this year. So, what do you expect the next transformer will be like?

Bentley to take part in 2013 Dakar Rally

Bentley will modify used Volkswagen Dakar-prepped Touaregs to make them look like the EXP 9 F SUV to compete in the extremely challenging endurance series.

The Dakar Rally is one of the most spectacular and challenging rallies in the world, which apart from providing a proving ground for motorsport enthusiasts also provides an excellent test case and promotional tool for manufacturers - as it is broadcasted in over 190 different countries. BMW did it with its Mini Countryman and Volkswagen did it with the Touareg.

And now Bentley is resorting a similar strategy, probably to create a positive aura around its new upcoming Bentley EXP 9 F SUV that was first unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in concept form and wasn't very well received by the audience.

The EXP 9 F concept unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show
According to Car magazine UK, Bentley will enter the 2013 Dakar Rally with a new SUV and is attempting to buy back the previous Volkswagen Race Touareg 3 that led to three straight Dakar rally wins between 2009 and 2011 and which were recently sold by Volkswagen Motorsport to private teams upon its departure. Bentley reportedly, will update the Touaregs and redesign the exteriors to make it resemble the EXP 9 F SUV concept. The modified Touaregs will be bare-bone off-roaders and will come fitted with an upgraded body shell in order to look as the EXP 9 F SUV concept.

It still remains unclear as to what engine configuration will make it into the modified Touareg. The latest VW Touareg, which entered Dakar, was powered by a 2.5-litre twin-turbo diesel with an output of almost 300 PS. But the engine range for the Bentley EXP 9 F is still subject of debate. Petrol powered engines like a 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12, 4.0-litrE twin-turbo V8, a V6 Hybrid and a diesel-powered V8 are all being considered. Most likely Bentley will use the engines of the Volkswagen Touaregs, as these have proven to be reliable and successful.

Upcoming Range Rover to lose nearly 400 kilos

The new Range Rover has been yet again caught testing yet again and this time lot more details are visible through the JLR’s cool camouflage. If we go by the spy shots, the all-new Range Rover's design has largely been untouched except for a sleeker front-end with headlamps that seem to embrace new LED running lights, as well as a slightly sleeker roofline. Overall, the car virtually looks similar to the current generation.

But the big news for this next-generation Rangie is the significant amount of weight reduction that's apparently on tap – reports have claimed that as much as 400 kilos have been shed off the massive SUV. This weight loss is largely due to an all-new aluminum platform, as well as extensive use of lightweight materials all over the bodywork.

No word on what's going to be under the hood as far as drive-train goes, but it will probably end up with the usual range of eight-cylinder engines. The other big news surrounding this new Range Rover is the possibility of a hybrid power-train making its way into the new models - preferably, an electric motor to help boost fuel economy and emission figures.
