| A73 AND A78 |
Mobile website phonemantra has spotted two new Android powered Micromax handsets called A73 and A78 on online retailer LetsBuy's website before any official announcement from the company itself. But, on checking further we found both the handsets listed on company's website. We wonder when will they make an official announcement.
Part of the Superfone series both the Micromax A73 and A78 pack some decent features. Similar specs include 650MHz processor (too slow!), Android v2.3 Gingerbread and a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen (480×320 pixels resolution). Both smartphones also supports Dual-SIMs (GSM+GSM), 3G and Wi-Fi, memory up to 32GB via microSD and around 4 hours of talk-time. The two differences between the two handsets is that the A78 packs in a potrait qwerty keyboard and the camera on A73 is a 2-megapixel shooter where as A78 carries a 3-megapixel shooter.
Micromax has a bunch of pre-installed apps, including Toi, Quikr, Facebook, Whats App, iBibo Cricardo, Polaris Office Suit, iBibo Teenpatti, Saavn and the Micromax App Store. Micromax has priced the A73 at Rs. 7,490 and A78 Rs.7,990. You can buy them online here.
