There's no stopping this green bot from growing each day. Six months back, we had reported that 7,00,000 Android devices get activated daily. This already huge amount has now bumped to a staggering 9,00,000 activation's. If you apply some mathematics, then it turns out that 625 new androids are being powered-up every single minute. Google's Android head, Andy Rubin himself confirmed this via a tweet as you can see below.



Along with this info, he also confirmed that he's not leaving Google. There were rumors spinning around the web about him leaving the search giant. Andy Rubin has always been in charge of Android and it's clear now, he isn't leaving.
