LG Optimus 3D Max gets official, brings more of 3D than you expect

LG is bombarding smartphones. Yesterday they announced the LG Optimus 3D Cube and now they have yet another device ready. This one's called 'LG Optimus 3D Max'. Yes, its a higher version to the just launched Optimus 3D Cube.

Differences among these two are very minute. As the name for 3D Max suggests, it brings in more of 3D content like an HD Converter which will convert all games and apps to HD resolution as soon as you connect it to an HDTV. Another converter named 3D converter, will convert 2D apps to 3D. We wonder how will it manage to convert all apps.

Optimus 3D Max will carry a WVGA 4.3" LCD while the Optimus 3D Cube has a NOVA display. Other specs are the same including a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the internal memory in here has been cut down to 8GB.

The Optimus 3D Max will go on sale in Korea this March and then gradually be available to other markets globally. We will have to wait till MWC to get more details about this one.
