New Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus unveiled by Samsung

Samsung announced the all new Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus adding one more Android powered Tablet to their long list. They have covered every Tablet size one can think of. From 10.1 inch to the new Galaxy Note of 5.3 inches- it's available in all sizes and with different features.

The new tab which is powered by the same 1.2Ghz Dual Core Processor used in Samsung Galaxy S 2 is packed under the hood. Running on Android Honeycomb 3.2 which has been designed by Google specially for tablets, the Tab is capable of shooting 720p HD videos with a 3MP camera at the back and a 2MP front camera for video chatting. 

" The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus packs power and productivity into a lightweight design," said Simon Stanford, Managing Director of Mobile at Samsung UK and Ireland. 

The tab offers a 7 inch LCD with 1024x600 resolution combined with 1GB RAM and Samsung's TouchWiz UI skinned in. The common features of connectivity like Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, USB 2.0, GPS, 3G and HSPA+ are all packed in it. The Tab will be available in 16/32 GB versions and will also support microSD up to 32GB. The device weighs 345g and is 9.96mm thick.

The Tab will be available in Indonesia and Austria from end-October with worldwide availability to follow shortly. The prices of the different variants haven't been revealed.
