LG Optimus 4X HD is the smartphone you desire for, Quad-core Tegra 3 processor with Android ICS

LG loves making history as we remember they had announced world's first ever dual-core smartphone - the LG Optimus 2X and now they have been successful in doing it again. Read along to know why I call this all-new just launched LG Optimus 4X HD smartphone desirable.

The blazing fast Quad-core Tegra 3 processor stuffed inside a 8.9mm thin body has with it a huge 4.7" True HD IPS LCD (1280x720) display which will finally offer you the true taste of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. To accompany this power-hog, a 2,150mAh battery and NVIDIA's Tegra 3 processor chip will offer an extra 'companion core' with its "4+1" core setup that can be used in low power situations to extend overall battery life. 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, DLNA and MHL and the common 8-megapixel camera in back with 1.3-megapixel camera in front add up to the list of desirable specs. If at all LG had made up an 12 megapixel sensor, then this could have been epic.

LG confirmed that the Optimus 4X HD will be available in Europe in the second quarter. More information and pictures will be available at MWC 2012 starting just after three days.
