HTC Rhyme lands in India

HTC, the Taiwanese mobile maker launched an Android powered smartphone curiously named - Rhyme in India. It seems the company has hired someone to give such crazy names to there devices. Sensation, Desire, Wildfire, EVO, Titan, Radar, Amaze, etc the list goes on.


Talking about the phone, the company has designed this phone as a special one for ladies. Accessories like the stylish wired headset, a docking station that transforms into an alarm clock and music center, and a charm that notifies you of an incoming call or text message add nice finishing touches to the look. Only “Clearwater” colour available in India.


HTC Rhyme is powered by 1GHz single core processor, Sense UI 3.5 and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. A 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 720p HD recording, 3.7 inch display, 768MB RAM, 1GB Internal storage, 1600 mAh battery, FM Radio, Wi-Fi, 3G, DLNA, and ANT+ support are all loaded in.


HTC has announced a Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update soon. With a Indian price tag of Rs.24000, the Smartphone targets to attract the young Indian lady. The sharp, bold and vivid looking Rhyme will surely attract your eyes when you look at it for the first time.
