Apple reveals new-generation Macbook Pro with Retina Display



Apple just revealed the next-generation Macbook Pro. But wait it has the eye-popping Retina Diaply on it's 15" screen. This display packs a 2880 x 1800 resolution which adds up to 220ppi. The company has already updated all of their stock apps to be compatible with the new resolution. This new display makes the Macbook Pro world's highest resolution notebook.


The outside is awesome, but the inside is powerful too. The new Mackbook Pro will come with a 2.7Ghz quad-core Intel i5 or i7 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and an Nvidia Kepler GeForce GT 650M GPU. It's offering a maximum 768GB SSD storage. 


Apple has removed the optical drive on this one to make it only 0.71 inches thick and it weighs only 4.46 pounds. They are claiming a 7hours battery life. Connectivity options 802.11n for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
